Vinyl Envelopes - Heat Sealed Custom

Heat Sealed Vinyl Envelopes are essential to the sales and production floors, warehouse and office. They keep your sales literature, work orders, job tickets, location ID’s and the multitude of office documents clean and organized. Each envelope is constructed from flexible and durable 8-Gauge ultra clear vinyl.

All Purpose
(AP)
Most common and popular envelope. Easily insert and take out material. Reinforced heat sealed eyelet in header for durability. Clear only.
Color Coded
(CC)
Same as All Purpose but with colored vinyl strip across the top.
Short Lip
(SL)
Used when a snug fit is needed for documents. No grommet or excess flap. Short 1/4" lip allows for easy paper insertion. Clear only.

Double Pocket
(DP)
Position one, two or three pockets on the outside of any vinyl envelope. Pockets sealed on three sides. Clear only.
Overlapping Flap
(OF)
Overlapping flap for extra protection. Used in oily, wet, or dirty environments. Clear only.

Custom Order Guidelines for Heat Sealed Vinyl Envelopes

  1. Choose style(s) from the illustrations above.
  2. Know the measurement(s) of the document(s) you want to insert.
  3. Choose the number of pockets you want.
  4. Choose the opening (Open Short or Open Long).
  5. Choose the grommet location or choose not to have a grommet.
  6. Choose color if applicable.
  7. Determine how many pieces you will need.

Please note: Minimum order of custom Heat Sealed Envelopes is 300 pieces.
On orders lessthan 500 pieces, a $60.00 set-up charge will apply.
Some custom designs have a bit longer lead-time,
so ask your Customer Service Specialists for an availability date.
