Safeguard your documents from dust, grime and stains with our Sewn Vinyl Envelopes. Each envelope is constructed with resilient 8-Gauge rigid clear PVC vinyl. Choose from any color or size option.

All Purpose
(AP)
Most common and popular envelope. Easily insert and take out material. Brass grommet used in header for durability.
Double Pocket
(DP)
Position one, two or three pockets on the outside of any vinyl envelope. Pockets sewn on three sides.
Short Lip
(SL)
No grommet or additional header strip. This envelope has a short 1/4' lip allowing for easy paper insertion.

Expandable
(EX)
Gusset expands to 1 1/2 " thick. Holds materials up to 1."
Overlapping Flap
(OF)
Overlapping flap for extra protection. Used in oily, wet or dirty environments.
Folder
(FD)
Two, three. or multiple pocket options. Brass tipped corners.

Custom Order Guidelines for Sewn Vinyl Envelopes

  1. Choose style(s) from the illustrations above.
  2. Know the measurement(s) of the document(s) you want to insert.
  3. Choose the number of pockets you want.
  4. Choose the opening (Open Short or Open Long).
  5. Choose the grommet location or choose not to have a grommet.
  6. Choose your grommet size, either a 1/4" or 3/8"
  7. Choose your color.
  8. Determine how many pieces you will need.

Please note: Minimum order of custom Sewn Vinyl Envelopes is 50 pieces. Some custom designs have a bit longer lead-time, so ask your Customer Service Specialists for an availability date.
